GT Product Sales ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the GT Sales mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address and account identifiers used to create and access authorised user accounts.
  • Precise Location Data: GPS location used for clock-in, clock-out, visit records, and field sales operations.
  • Sales Activity Data: Information entered or generated in the app, such as customer visit outcomes, notes, tasks, schedules, invoices, rostering activity, and customer history.
  • Customer and Business Information: Business contact details and operational records needed to manage customer visits, sales zones, follow-ups, and service activity.
  • Diagnostics and Performance Information: Basic technical information may be collected to maintain security, reliability, and app performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data strictly for:

  • Providing secure access to GT Sales
  • Managing sales reps, schedules, territories, and rostering
  • Recording clock-in, clock-out, customer visits, and field activity
  • Managing tasks, invoices, customer records, and customer history
  • Supporting internal reporting, administration, and operational follow-up
  • Improving app functionality, performance, and security

We do not sell user data or share it with advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is securely stored using modern cloud infrastructure and protected using industry-standard security practices. Access is limited to authorised users and administrators who need the information for operational purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with GT Product Sales, authorised service providers who help operate the app, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for business operations, record keeping, security, account administration, and legal requirements. If an account deletion request is approved, app login access is removed and personal profile details are deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Some operational records may be retained where required for business, accounting, legal, safety, or compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. GT Sales users can submit an account deletion request from the in-app profile page by selecting Request Account Deletion. Because GT Sales is an employee and authorised-user application, deletion requests are reviewed by an administrator before access is removed and records are updated.
